The breakfast is very very good, with puddings, tea or coffee and also delicious bacon & sausages. The location is great and stunning, within easy walking distance of Bournemouth Beach;))

Really enjoyed our stay ,very good location for beach and town.Car parking good and room was very nice and no noise in the evening............all in all we will be back. The hotel is changing its name and franchise I just hope it keeps up to the same standards and doesn't go downhill.

Great location, value for money, nice sea view, modern and comfortable room, good Wi-Fi connection, in summary we really enjoyed the hotel. I recommend also the dinner at the restaurant.

The Edwardian-style building has modernized charm right on the edge of the beach, with beautifully refurbished rooms offering a glimpse of classic architecture. Access to nearby gardens and artsy spots provides plenty of options to unwind. The pool is a solid way to chill out on a warm day.
The shower head needed replacing, and a persistent, uncontrollable bathroom radiator. On top of that, waiting past 3pm for our room to be ready felt a bit like a drag. While the breakfast buffet may be varied, its quality left something to be desired-a comparison to local diners was more than warranted.

I had a fantastic stay for two nights, enjoying the lovely nearby parks, particularly the beautiful Lower Gardens just a short walk away, and the easy stroll to Bournemouth Pier made my weekend adventure nice.

The outdoor pool was great, and the staff were really helpful. It's super close to the beach and town centre, so we enjoyed exploring the shops and eateries.

The hotel had plenty of secure parking. My room was clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable and we had a lovely view of the sea.
Only parts of the hotel have been updated and work is ongoing. The corridor to the main restaurant badly needs updating it was like going into a residential home. The staff in the restaurant need to be more organised, They left tables uncleared , and I saw a party of two carers and their disabled charges shown to a table at the back of the restaurant when in fact a table should have been cleared to enable them to walk easily to the breakfast bar. The lighting in the bedroom is awful.

The hotel was impeccably clean, being next to the beach. The breakfast was hot and lovely with porridge and delicious bacon, for example, appreciated what was offered. My suite was brand-new, pet-friendly. The venue's staff were professional and highly trained all the time.

Nice large bedroom, reasonable size bathroom, good parking area, extremely convenient for the shops and theatre, a generous breakfast.
For those staying in on an evening you have to be prepared for pretty loud music until about 10-30pm. Join in or go out is the answer.

The breakfast was very nice and we had till 10am to go down for breakfast on the Sunday morning. Lovely buffet style full english with a variety of fruit and cereal too.
We booked a double room and specifically asked for a double bed and not two twin beds, yet our room ( which was expensive ) had a double headboard attached to the wall with two twin beds pushed together? The room also desperately needed redecorating and not just because the decor was very dated but the wallpaper was ripped in several places and the window ledge was coming away from the wall. The beds were also torn and very tatty indeed.

Is a old hotel with big rooms, you have a table 2 chairs, plus a desk in front of the mirror and other chair there. Plus the bathroom had bathtub. The location is great. I will probably stay there again. For the money that I paid was the best option, plus full English breakfast included in the price.

Staff very pleasant and hotel very clean and excellent location.
Had booked seaview room but on arrival was allocated room at rear of hotel. Although moved us without problems and had seaview room was small and still not as advertised on web site. Food in restaurant was very ordinary and room really a function room rather than a restaurant. When asked front desk to book us a table at local restaurant that hotel has an arrangemet with we were asked if we could book ourselves as they could not get through on the phone - not the service we would have expected.
